Building description
In August 2002, we started constructing an apartment building on Nedvedovo Square in Prague 4 – Podoli, where Podolska St. and Vychozi St. meet the square, opposite the Podoli Waterworks.
The 65 apartments in the building were sold to private owners; the building has a high standard of fittings, a reception desk at the entrance and two basements for garage spaces; it was finished in June 2005.
