New apartments
A total of 37 new apartments with atypical layouts were designed in this attractive building, and were available in a range of sizes, from one-room studio apartments to five-room residences.
In addition to having a very high living standard, the client could choose from a range of top-quality elements.
Architectural design
The complex of four-storey buildings were built in a row that is accessible from Na Zemance Street and parallel to U Dubu Street, from which it is separated by a row of three family villas. In terms of its height and mass, the house on Na Zemance Street fits in with the surrounding low-rise buildings.
All new apartments are accessible from three stairways with elevators. We designed parking spaces for 56 cars in the basement under the whole complex; there are two additional parking places in front of the garage entrance.
