Building description
Near Vysehrad and within reach of the centre of Prague; we finished these modern and comfortable homes for our clients in autumn 2002.
Four apartment buildings with lavishly glazed facades and a number of balconies form a closed complex with a private garden in the middle. The premises are entered through a single entrance with a common reception desk.
84 apartments of different sizes were created in the new buildings, from the smallest studio apartments to the largest duplexes with 4 or 5 bedrooms and terraces on the highest storeys. The buildings have three or four residential storeys, with offices on the ground level and ample garage space underground.
